The water line behind a washing machine had the smallest little pin hole in it. We are all guilty of trying to make room by pushing our washers back as far as we can. This caused a small leak that went unnoticed. Eventually, it demanded to be noticed and when the homeowner decided to throw a quick load of laundry in the washing machine before going to her sons baseball game. She left it to wash while she was gone when she came back she had a huge mess on her hands. We all know that our laundry rooms can be prime real estate but it's also a huge cause for a loss.
