Hurricane Florence Rebuilding

Hurricane Florence brought with it nearly 40 inches of rain, punishing winds and a lot of destruction in North and South Carolina. Early estimates are that the storm caused between 20 and 30 billion dollars in damage, plus the unimaginable – 42 lives have been lost in the storm.
