Leak Has Been Found!

Water damage can occur in many different shapes and forms. There are times that it is something that happens quickly and all at once and on the other hand it can happen slowly. A customer called me today about a water damage. The damage originally appeared as a leak around the toilet ring. The homeowner changed it out and it seemed to have been fixed. This was a couple of weeks ago. Today he leaned against a wall in his garage and the wall crumbled. Leak has been found!
