What do I do if I have a pipe burst? What if my roof is leaking but I don’t know where and I am afraid the water is going to damage my floors?

First of all, turn off your water either at the source or the water to the house. Doing this will prevent further damage. 

After turning off the water, we recommend getting a plumber in to then fix the source in which the water damage is being caused from. 

Once the source of the water is taken care of is when we come in. We can assess the damages and then build a plan to save what we can and then demo or setting equipment can happen. 

When coming in to your home or building our main focus is to not cause more damage and to do everything in accordance to our standards while also getting you back “Like it never even happened,” as quickly as possible.
