Over the years, SERVPRO has helped commercial buildings like schools, hospitals, apartment complexes, nursing homes, and hotels with many restoration services. Most recently, we responded to a substantial water loss at a hotel. A sprinkler head in a suite became damaged, setting off the fire alarm and triggering the sprinkler systems. As the sprinkler system showered the rooms, it soaked into the walls and damaged twelve rooms, three floors, and the majority of a side stairwell.

Our SERVPRO team was on site quickly, placing furniture on blocks to prevent further damage, extracting the pools of water left behind from the sprinkler system, and calculating our equipment placement. Our equipment was designed and strategically placed in the affected areas for the most effective drying results. This specific process also removes offensive odors, moisture, and humidity from the affected areas.
