Hurricane Florence Work

Hurricane Florence hit the Carolinas fast and hard about a month ago. One month later the clean-up continues as many families have been displaced by the damage caused by the storm.

SERVPRO's storm teams have been working since shortly after the storm's passing to get people back in their homes and businesses back up and running.

Storm Team Packing to help the Carolinas

Hurricane Florence made landfall on Friday, Sept. 14 near Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. The storm effects have been deadly and early estimates are that affected areas have suffered over $20 billion in damages. SERVPRO of Dyersburg/Union City began preparing for deployment to the area to support local SERVPRO franchises and the people of North and South Carolina. 

Our help in hurricane Irma recovery

SERVPRO of Dyersburg/Union City, SERVPRO of Weakley/ Gibson/Carroll Counties and SERVPRO of Jackson/Crockett County partnered with SERVPRO Storm Team Wilson from Birmingham, Alabama, and SERVPRO® Corporate to help in Hurricane Irma recovery efforts. John David Caldwell, Taylor Callens, Eunice Mack, Stan Nunley, and Darrell Lowery left the morning of September 12th, 2017.
